This year we plan to host more Sharing and Showing of work and trial 2 interactive installations.

Shallal are an inclusive arts charity and always open to collaboration and ideas, do contact us if you are interested.

This year the ideas are as diverse as interactive “Convalesence” and Sketchbook installations, Moving figure responses, Collaborations of music, movement, images, photography and more. Artist Laura Menzies has an a-n bursary for her time in the residency and is offering a free workshop.

The video piece, by Shallal’s Jo Willis, is composed of photographs from Oliver Raymond Barker and Emily Dobson and Shallal artists and highlights some of the cross art form collaborations within Shallal’s Footprints residency. There is an exhibition in theCommunity Space at Falmouth Art Gallery for July. Emerging composer Darcy Hodgkinson’s piece is also featured in ‘As we get older’.
